IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

Is it possible to be too nice for your own good? Yes it is and your birthday chart makes it clear that unless you are a bit more perceptive you could lose out to people whose only concern is how much they can make at your expense. Give them nothing.

ARIES (March 21 - April 20):

There is a danger now that you will let people get away with things they do not deserve to get away with, which could cause problems later on when there are more serious issues to be resolved. Don’t be too forgiving, not even with friends and loved ones.

TAURUS (April 21 - May 21):

Don’t sit around worrying that life is passing you by – get out there and make an impression. The Sun in Virgo at this time of year means your potential is unlimited, so take a few risks and show the doubters you are a force to be reckoned with.

GEMINI (May 22 - June 21):

If there is something you feel strongly about then make sure the world knows about it – don’t keep it locked up inside. It’s possible you are being too sensitive but in the long term no harm will come of it – and it will remind others that you are human too.

CANCER (June 22 - July 23):

Someone you are fond of needs a shoulder to cry on and you are not the sort to turn them away. You must, however, make it clear to them that only they can get themselves back on their feet. You don’t want to be drying their tears forever.

LEO (July 24 - Aug. 23):

You don’t have to be the life and soul of the party. In fact this is a good day to find a quiet place where you can get your thoughts together. After all your recent efforts you may also need to give your aching body time to heal!

VIRGO (Aug. 24 - Sept. 23):

The Sun in your sign endows you with a great deal of self-belief but that won’t save you if you make a mess of something the powers that be were expecting you to get right. Too much confidence is not always a good thing. Think of your reputation.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 - Oct. 23):

You may not be the sort to make a big deal of your emotions, but before the day is through you must declare your love for someone who means the world to you. And remember: once is never enough. Tell them again tomorrow and the day after that.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 - Nov. 22):

It would appear that the excesses of the past few weeks have begun to take their toll, so if you value your health you must slow down a bit and give yourself time to recover. Have a quiet night in for a change. Would that be so bad?

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 - Dec. 21):

You seem eager to take offence at the moment but the planets warn this is not a good time to annoy those who have the power to disrupt your plans. Stay on good terms with people in positions of authority. You want them as friends, not enemies.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 - Jan. 20):

You will demand to be heard today and if others are smart they will let you say your piece. Some may disagree with your claims but most will see the sense in them. After that it is just a matter of getting them to change their ways.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 - Feb. 19):

You may have a particular goal in mind for the next few weeks but don’t hold on to it too rigidly. You need to be flexible if you are to make the most of the opportunities coming your way. Happiness and success can be found in many directions.

PISCES (Feb. 20 - Mar. 20):

For some reason you find it hard to be honest about your feelings at the moment and that’s a shame because friends and colleagues need to know that you are still on their side. Get over your petty differences and work together as a team.
