If you need a helping hand, or even a shoulder to cry on, don't be embarrassed to ask. You may feel powerless to change what is going on in the world but only because you are trying to do too much alone. There is strength in numbers.

If you want to get ahead in your career then you need to work closely with colleagues. You may prefer to be independent but it's unlikely you will get far if you go it alone. You are intelligent enough to know that, so act accordingly.
