Presentation is about more than getting out the good dishes for guests. For your next Asian-inspired feast, make a trip to your local florist to pick up platters au natural. Banana leaves (shown here) and other large fronds make great serving trays for sushi, dim sum or other appetizers. And the cleanup - just fold and toss into the composter - couldn't be easier.
