When Lucy Waverman's children were small, they would sometimes surprise her with breakfasts in bed, repasts that consisted of spilled milk, cold tea and dried-out scrambled eggs. Although she loved them, she recommends a more indulgent experience for Mom this Mother's Day, starting with any of these three decadent, easy-to-make feasts (boozy accompaniments by Beppi Crosariol optional, but also recommended).
