Very spicy. Use with care for stir-frying or livening up a blah soup or salsa.
¼ cup sliced ginger 3 tablespoons chili flakes 2 cups vegetable oil
Combine ginger, chili flakes and oil in a pot. Bring to simmer and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Leave in a cool place, but not the refrigerator. Keeps one month.
