2 cups water
1/2 cup honey
4-6 large lemon or cinnamon basil leaves, chopped
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Sugar, to taste
4 basil leaves for garnish
In medium saucepan, combine water and honey and bring to a boil. Add chopped basil. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Strain liquid into large pitcher. Stir in lemon juice. Refrigerate until ready tp serve. Add sugar, to taste. Garnish with basil leaves.
