Kate Middleton's parents have plenty of new things lately: a much higher public profile, a new son-in-law, Bieber fever. Wait, what?
Michael and Carole Middleton are now selling Bieber-themed partyware through their party-supply company, Party Pieces.
Need Justin Bieber balloons? Loot bags? Napkins? Squiggle straws? Or perhaps you're in the market for the Justin Bieber Ultimate Party Kit? Well then, the parents of the Duchess of Cambridge have you covered.
The Middletons got in to business with the Biebs after the Canadian singer tweeted about the royal wedding, according to the UK Sun newspaper. "Congrats to William and Kate … and Kate's sister. She was a hit," he tweeted.
"We've got Bieber Fever!" says the Middleton's website. "Teenage girls around the world go crazy for the Bieber. The pop star now has his very own partyware."
That's not all the 17-year-old Canadian singer has. Apparently looking to cash in on his brand wherever and however he can, Bieber has also launched a fragrance for women.
"Let's be real: The way a girl smells is very important to a guy," Bieber told Women's Wear Daily. "I have such a deep connection to my fans, so creating a fragrance that I personally love is another way I can bring them close to my world."
How close? Pretty close, the marketing would have you think.
The same principle must apply to the partyware, because nothing will bring you closer to Bieber's world than sipping juice from a bendy straw with his face on it.
Are you ready for Bieber partyware to take over kids' (or your own) birthday parties this summer?
