The festivities begin on Friday night at the Black Hoof, where the cocktails are crafted from house-made infusions, and the menu is bare-bones brilliant. Charles and Camilla might like the warm marrow, reminiscent of the bones offered at St. John restaurant in their hometown. Next, will it be the pork carnitas or the smoked sweetbreads? Saturday morning, Charles and Camilla should put on their dungarees and head to the farmer's market at the Brick Works to sample their way through one of the liveliest scenes in town. Now how about a little royal exercise? It's going to be a long weekend of eating, after all. The Don Valley ravines lead north from the Brick Works all the way to the beautiful Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
