Lufthansa has extended its seat sale to Eastern Europe out of Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver until July 31 for outbound travel from Sept. 11 to Oct. 15, and returns from Sept.16 to Jan. 15. With the sale, return fares from Toronto start at $903 to Prague and Bucharest, $906 to Budapest, $926 to Warsaw, $1,389 to St. Petersburg and $1,180 to Riga including all taxes and fees. There is a maximum stay of three months.
