After a decade out of the spotlight, chardonnay is back on the runway with fresh glamour. On the Naramata Bench, winemaker Garron Elmes crafts chardonnay that is refined and beautifully balanced with fresh citrus flavours, delicate oak and a long finish. New World chards like this are best matched with white meats (veal, pork, chicken breasts), pastas and light fish and shellfish served with tropical salsas. Available at private wine shops.
