Vending machines that pop out DVDs are coming to Canada, courtesy of Redbox. But will we be enticed to get off the couch and forgo the convenience of ordering movies with our remote? The Catholic church has a message for Montrealers hoping their beloved Habs make the playoffs: “Let us Pray.” The church placed an ad in local newspapers encouraging people to have a word with God on the subject. Its other hope? That the cheeky ad will “remind people that the church exists.”
