Canadian officials say an alleged crime boss who is slated to be deported from the U.S. to Canada is not yet in this country.
Canada Border Services Agency spokesman Dominique McNeely would not give an expected date of arrival for Salvatore Montagna. He says Canadian officials are in touch with their U.S. counterparts.
