The Transportation Safety Board of Canada says it’s investigating a runway incident at Toronto’s Pearson International Airport.

The TSB says a maintenance van inadvertently rolled onto an active runway on Monday night.

It says an Air Canada Embraer 190 narrowly missed the van while landing.

The TSB is an independent agency that investigates marine, pipeline, railway and aviation transportation occurrences.
