There are two stark realities in Canadian education: The country's provincial school systems rank among the best in the world, while reserve schools struggle with chronic under-funding and soaring dropout rates. <p>For the first time, Ottawa is looking to close that gap. On Monday, the Conservatives supported an NDP motion calling for funding to put reserve schools on par with provincial schools. <br/><br/>The Globe spoke with two Saskatchewan teens, one on a reserve and another in a provincial school, who live those contrasting realities.</p>
