Police north of Toronto say a skydiver has died of injuries suffered after a hard landing in the community of Georgina, Ont.
York Region Police say the man was rushed to hospital late Sunday afternoon and was later pronounced dead.
Police are investigating to determine why he failed to make his landing properly.
The man's identity is being withheld until all of his family members are notified.
