With a growing shift to renewable energy sources, biofuels are becoming a popular choice. This past summer, the federal government mandated that at least 2 per cent of diesel sold in Canada be made up of biofuels. These movements have helped companies like Biox Corp. to grow as they help to diversify the energy sources used in this country.

Biox chief executive Kevin Norton answered reader questions on how the biofuels industry is changing and what we can expect from it going forward during a live discussion Wednesday.
