It has been a struggle to get this far. We're just a little way along the continuum. You can't give up and you can't take it for granted.
Young, bright women are going to have a hard time. It's going to be tough.

Standing up, paying attention and gaining their respect changes everything.
I wish I could say that things have gotten better.
We should be able to do both things and it's still just as hard as it ever was.
