Toronto man pulled from Lake Ontario dies in hospital Add to ...

Police say a 24-year-old man has died in hospital after being pulled from Lake Ontario at Bluffers Park in east-end Toronto.

The man was reported missing by his friends in a 911 call just before 4 p.m. Thursday.

Emergency crews found the man in a rocky area at the shore, suffering from life-threatening injuries.

Officials say the 911 callers told the dispatcher that the victim had weak swimming skills.
