In Clayoquot Sound, B.C., Marcel Martin harvests gooseneck barnacles. The strange-looking delicacy tastes similar to crab, and is growing in popularity in B.C. A recent court decision has allowed the Nuu-chah-nulth First Nation to open a gooseneck-barnacle fishery.
