Chinese journalist Li Xue Jiang of the People's Daily had been following Prime Minister Stephen Harper on his week-long tour of the Arctic. When Mr. Li was not allowed to ask a question during Mr. Harper's last news conference, the reporter tried to grab the microphone and pushed a member of the Prime Minister's staff. RCMP pulled him away.
