Discovery lands in Washington DC Add to ...

After 3 decades of space service, NASA's oldest and most traveled shuttle, Discovery, will begin its new life as a museum relic. It landed safely at northern Virginia's Dulles Airport, a few hours after taking off from Florida Tuesday morning.
