Navy Unveils Ship for Speedy Troop Transport Add to ...
The U.S. Navy is showing off the USNS Spearhead, the service's first high-speed aluminum vessel designed to ferry troops and military equipment. The ship was built in Mobile, Alabama, and it's currently docked in St. Petersburg, Fla.
