Calgary Centre is scheduled to have a by-election on Nov. 26. While the riding has been historically won by a Conservative candidate, recent polls show that the Liberal and Green Party candidates have been running only slightly behind the Conservative. An upset in this riding would be one of the biggest in Canada’s history.
