On Wednesday, Liberal Whip Judy Foote sent a letter to House of Commons Speaker Andrew Scheer informing him of allegations of 'personal misconduct' made against two Liberal Members of Parliament by two MPs of another party.
The Liberal party has suspended Newfoundland MP Scott Andrews and Quebec MP Massimo Pacetti from the party's caucus.
