Adam's hit on an interesting point: the "plagiarized" speech is about Iraq; ipso facto, that is bad for Harper.
I'm not convinced.
God love Chretien for making the right call, but it was five years ago.
Harper's been PM for more than two years. He hasn't invaded anything, and actually worked out a reasonable compromise on Afghanistan.
I don't think Iraq is the bugaboo it was even two years ago.

The fact it is getting picked up by CNN is important. Canadian media love nothing more than pointing out a story got picked up by the Americans, and therefore is REAL NEWS!
