Rob's right - maybe I have been a little obsessed with yoga. But thanks to the front benches of the Liberal Party and their persistent challenges with credibility this week, I have a new subject: cars.

While elements of the North American automotive industry fight for their collective survival, Liberal Finance Critic John McCallum gets caught in a bold-face lie about what kind of car he drives. Can you say shameless Liberal pandering? Check it out here.

The Liberals have made much in recent weeks about their apparent competency and latent abilities to govern the country. But when your finance critic has a head-on collision with the truth and the Leader purports to hike taxes like the price of gasoline on a summer long weekend, there has to be some roadkill. In this case, the Liberals might be sweeping themselves into the ditch.

Who needs polls anyway, Rob?
