Sony of Canada Ltd. has unveiled its VAIO FE Series notebook personal computer, a high-performance, mobile media centre.
Including DDR2 memory and a super-fast serial ATA hard drive, the Sony VAIO FE Series notebook PC offers a 15.4-inch screen display and Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005.
Users can keep in touch with friends, family and colleagues with the VAIO FE notebook PC's integrated camera with zoom and microphone. Users can deploy their favourite Video over IP (Internet Protocol) applications to conduct video chat meetings or just check in with the family back home from virtually any hotspot with a built-in 802.11 a/b/g wireless LAN (local area network).
The VAIO FE notebook PC will be widely available in February at a starting manufacturer's suggested retail price of $1,999.99.
