Toronto-based Eliteweb.cc has announced the opening of its on-line portal, interactive community and suite of business enhancement tools. The portal makes its debut with a hand-picked search engine, an on-line virtual community, comprehensive news coverage, Web-based e-mail, and several tools for small to medium-sized businesses.

The Eliteweb.cc's search engine is a directory of sites meeting criteria based on content, design, navigation and utility. Each site accepted into the human-built database that can also show results from other search engines and even where sites rank in each engine.
Eliteweb.cc has developed a subscription-based suite of tools that gives small and medium-sized enterprises access to enterprise-class technology: scheduling, recruitment, e-mail marketing and website development.
