Fire officials in Brantford say a house has been destroyed in an explosion.
A spokesman says the fire department got multiple calls at about 2:30 p.m. after the house at 70 Lynden Hill Cres., exploded.
The spokesman says there are no known injuries.
Houses on either side of the home and one across the street were damaged in the blast.
No cause of the explosion has been determined.
