Police in Britain say authorities believe a woman they are seeking with her two young children may be in Toronto.

Anisa Ibrahim, 31, and her two children, Khalid, 6, and Ahmed Abubakar, 4, have not been seen in Manchester, England, since April, 2010.

Manchester police say in a statement issued through Toronto police that Ibrahim and the children travelled by bus to Amsterdam, leaving Manchester on April 9, 2010.

Ms. Ibrahim is wanted by police for allegedly breaching a family court order.

Manchester police say she did not have the consent of the children's father to take them out of Britain.

Police believe Ms. Ibrahim and the children are living in Canada or the United States, within the Somali community.
