Max Gotlieb talks with a guest. Alex was the name on everyone’s lips Jan. 7th. The Shangri-La Hotel joined forces with their University Avenue neighbours, the Canadian Opera Company, to kick off the New Year with the best in local food and art. The hotel’s Alex Filiatrault co-hosted the evening that celebrated guest-of-honour Alexander Neef’s commitment to running the COC until 2021.
