Two Globe and Mail reporters viewed recently filmed footage of Toronto Mayor Rob Ford once again smoking what appears to be crack cocaine. The video is one of three clips that a self-professed crack and heroin dealer claimed to have shot in the basement of Mr. Ford's sister's home. The Globe obtained a series of screen grabs from that footage.
