British lawmakers questioned News Corp. CEO Rupert Murdoch, his son James and Rebekah Brooks, the former chief executive of Mr. Murdoch's British newspaper arm on their knowledge of the phone-hacking scandal that has roiled the United Kingdom's political and media establishments.
