Jyoti is from the small Indian village of Daraut. She goes to school at Prerna, a residential school for marginalized girls. She says she couldn't focus on her studies in Daraut but has a chance to practice art and focus on education at Prerna. Now she says she wants to be a police officer like her grandfather.
