It's not a 'fake lake' it's a fake 'water feature'

A spokesperson for the Ministry of Public Works says the "fake lake" to be built at the G20 media centre will only cost tax payers $57,000. The project's total budget is $1.9-million, and the rest of the money is apparently being spent on graphics, refreshments and other communications material. Which is totally reasonable, right? They also stressed that the much maligned fake lake is not a lake at all. "It's a water feature," I was told.
