According to a 2008 report by the BBC, David Heather exports North Korean artwork, including propaganda posters, to sell to art collectors. The posters are all hand painted, and are produced at a thirty-acre studio complex in Pyongyang where around 1,000 artists work. This is a sample of some of the posters in Mr. Heather's collection.
