It's a princess! Royal baby celebrations begin as William and Kate welcome a girl
News broke at 8:34 a.m. London time that Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, "was safely delivered of a daughter." Royal fans waiting for news outside the Lindo wing of St. Mary's hospital, where the baby was delivered, were jubilant at the news.
