The July, 2011 issue of Adbusters was a call to arms for those frustrated with the current political system. Thousands emerged to occupy public areas across North America and Europe, garnering suprising support from political bigwigs. But praise quickly waned and the Occupy movement began to fizzle. Protesters were embroiled in legal battles to hold on to their camps. Site by site, their tents have disappeared and Occupy has vanished from the headlines.
