To: Commercial Arbitration and Mediation, Dunton Rainville
The Honourable Benjamin J. Greenberg, former Justice of the Superior Court of Quebec, has joined the firm Dunton Rainville, where he is pursuing his practice in arbitration and mediation, primarily as a commercial arbitrator.
After leaving the Bench The Honourable Benjamin J. Greenberg served as Chairman of Stikeman Elliott LLP's National Arbitration Practice Group, before continuing his professional activities as an independent Arbitrator and Mediator since 2013. He is a former chair of ICC Canada and is also listed on the Arbitration Panel of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR).
Listed in the 2014 edition of "The Best Lawyers in Canada" he was named "2013 Montreal International Arbitration Lawyer of the year."
He is also among only twenty-six Canadians who are recognized by "Who's Who Legal, The International Who's Who of Business Lawyers," London (UK), in their publication, The International Who's Who of Commercial Arbitration 2013.
