Ronald Schlegel, OC, Chair of the Board, is pleased to announce the following new Director.
Bob Rae, OC, senior partner at Olthuis Kleer Townshend LLP, was Ontario's 21st Premier and served as interim leader of the Liberal Party of Canada. He is an author, a Privy Councillor, a member of the Order of Ontario, and has numerous awards and honorary degrees from institutions in Canada and around the world. Mr. Rae is an experienced lawyer, negotiator, mediator, and arbitrator, and teaches at the University of Toronto School of Governance and Public Policy.

Homewood Research Institute's mission is to improve outcomes of mental health and addiction treatments and services by joining forces with key partners to plan, do and use research that enhances practice. Our goal is to facilitate co-creation of mission driven initiatives to add value to all engaged partners – patients, clients, clinicians, researchers, trainees, donors, treatment funders and agencies that fund research and knowledge exchange.
