Minister Responsible and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Global Transportation Hub (Regina, SK) the Hon. Bill Boyd, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bryan Richards as President and CEO. Richards was previously with the Yanke Group of Companies as Vice President in charge of sales, operations, marketing and pricing. He brings a wealth of experience in logistics and is well networked in supply chain circles in Canada and beyond.

The Global Transportation Hub is Saskatchewan’s 1,700-acre inland port and one of the most significant new distribution and logistics developments in Canada. The GTH client list includes two key anchor tenants – Canadian Pacific and its 300-acre, $50 million Intermodal Facility, and the one-million square-foot warehouse and distribution centre owned and operated by Loblaw. The $250 million Loblaw investment employs about 800 people, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The GTH is also home to the Yanke Group of Companies, Consolidated Fastfrate, the Emterra Group, the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority and Morguard Investments.
