Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Jellinck was principal of an advisory services firm, providing consulting services to corporate clients in the areas of Board Effectiveness, Leadership Improvement and Strategic Talent Optimization.
Ms. Jellinck spent 15 successful years as a partner in the Vancouver office of a leading international executive search firm. Ms. Jellinck brings senior executive recruiting experience and expertise working with a broad range of clients with a focus on knowledge-based and entrepreneurial organizations. She has worked with investors, CEOs and boards to help them introduce and advance governance practices, leadership and professional management.
She has served on the Board of several organizations, including the BC Technology Industry Association, Douglas College and Science World BC; she has also served as a Member of the Corporate Cabinet of The United Way of the Lower Mainland and is a Partner in Social Venture Partners (Vancouver).
