Ms. Russell brings more than 22 years of financial industry experience to the CMO role. She will lead the company’s overall marketing, branding, communications, and new product innovation activities to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support the company’s North American growth. As CMO, Ms. Russell is a member of D+H’s Executive Management Team and reports directly to the CEO. Prior to joining D+H, Ms. Russell was a Senior Vice President at TD Canada Trust and led product areas that included chequing, deposits and payment products. She has also served on the boards of Interac Association, the Canadian Payments Association and the Canadian Bankers Association.
