Brian Kriter, Senior Managing Director, Valuation & Advisory Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Cheryl Farrow as Managing Director, Institutional Office. Ms. Farrow will be based in Toronto and joins Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) with over 17 years of valuation experience exclusively focused on trophy office buildings across Canada.
Ms. Farrow has appraised national portfolios and specific A-class office buildings on behalf of Bentall Kennedy, Brookfield, Great-West Life, CPPIB, HOOPP, Manulife, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan/Cadillac Fairview, Triovest, and Oxford Properties. Prior to the role of Director with CBRE, Ms. Farrow was with Altus for ten years where she was a key member of their valuation group for office buildings across Canada.
Ms. Farrow will work closely with C&W's Global Office Practice Group to offer a coordinated global approach for Canadian institutional investors. C&W's Office Practice Group completes in excess of 4,000 office valuation assignments per year around the world.
