Paul Lirette, President, Canada Pharmaceuticals for GSK, is pleased to announce the appointment of Court Horncastle to Vice-President Sales, responsible for leading the company’s Canadian sales activities.
Mr. Horncastle joined GSK in 1992 in the U.S. and earned roles of increasing responsibility, demonstrating his leadership abilities in Marketing and Sales. Most recently, during his role as Director, Corporate Strategy & Office of the CEO in the UK, he supported the Corporate Executive Team in helping GSK achieve its global ambitions and led the plan design for GSK’s new global sales force compensation, making his mark as a leader in the company and industry. With his diverse experiences, track record of performance, and focus on putting patients first, Mr. Horncastle will be a great addition to GSK’s Pharma Leadership Team in Canada.
Mr. Horncastle holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Vanderbilt University and graduated from the Transformational Leadership program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
