David Leith, Chair of Bridgepoint Foundation, is pleased to announce the following appointment to the Board of Bridgepoint Foundation.
Graham Gow is a partner in McCarthy Tetrault LLP’s Business Law Group in Toronto. He received his B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and his LL.B. from the University of Windsor. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1982. As a recognized expert in corporate law, securities law and merger & acquisitions, Mr. Gow is listed in The Best Lawyers in Canada, the 2013 Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and in the 2013 edition of Chambers Global: The World’s Leading Lawyers in Business. He teaches a seminar for the advanced securities law program at the University of Windsor and the University of Western Ontario.
Mr. Gow sits on the board of directors of Woodbridge Foam Corporation and the W.B. Family Foundation, and is a former director of the Osler Bluff Ski Club.
