To: Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, DH Corporation (“D+H”)

Gerrard Schmid, CEO of DH Corporation ("D+H"), is pleased to announce the appointment of Karen H. Weaver as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Ms. Weaver joins D+H with more than 30 years of financial management experience with large and mid-sized organizations in Canada and the United States. She will be responsible for the company's financial management and will have a pivotal role in advancing the strategy and delivering strong returns to shareholders. She will also be responsible for Investor Relations, Legal, Privacy and Enterprise Risk Managementacross North America.

Prior to joining D+H, Ms. Weaver was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Capital Realty for more than 10 years. Prior to that, she held several senior management roles, including Chief Financial Officer at Brookfield Properties - Canada, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer at Gentra Inc., and progressive management roles with KPMG in Oakland, New York and Seattle.

Ms. Weaver is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who graduated Magnum Cum Laude with a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.

Ms. Weaver also completed the Directors Education Program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, and is a certified director. She is a member of the Board of Directors for MCAN Corporation and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Ontario Science Centre. She is also a former Director of Infrastructure Ontario, a Crown Corporation.
