John Ruddy, Executive Chairman of Trinity Development Group Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of the following team member: Michael Dobrijevic, as Chief Investment Officer.
Mr. Dobrijevic founded Old Stonehenge Development Corporation in 2009 and has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Mr. Dobrijevic has held senior executive positions in some of Canada's most prominent real estate companies, including RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, Bentall, and Olympia & York Properties. His past experience and relationships with major national retailers have given him great insight into identifying opportunities in the marketplace.
Founded in 1992, Trinity has built over 25 million square feet of retail space, and is one of Canada's leading shopping centre and mixed-use commercial developers. It has 17 new projects in various stages of development and construction totaling over 7.5 million square feet, including large format, community and urban mixed-use centres. Trinity's business partners currently include RioCan REIT, Kingsett Capital, Montez Corporation, Forgestone Capital and Minto Group.
