The partners at WOODS LLP are delighted to announce the nomination of Mtre. Richard Vachon as Managing Partner of the firm.
Mtre. Richard Vachon practices in the fields of commercial litigation, class actions, securities litigation, defamation and employment law. He appears regularly before first instance and appeal courts in Quebec, as well as before arbitral tribunals. He also acts as a strategic advisor to many clients of the firm.
Following his nomination, Mtre. Vachon will be in charge of the firm's management while continuing his law practice. He has the support of his partners and Mtre. James A. Woods, the founding partner and chair of the firm.
