Western is pleased to announce that Stephen R. Coxford has been reappointed Chair of the University’s Board of Governors for a second term. President of Gresham & St. Andrew Inc., a Toronto-based investment company, Mr. Coxford has served on the boards of a variety of private, public and not-for-profit corporations, including service as Vice-Chair of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority (TVOntario). Mr. Coxford is a graduate of Western’s law school and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1979. He is also a graduate of the University of Toronto and the University of Cambridge. A member of Western’s Board of Governors since 2006, Mr. Coxford has served on a number of the Board’s committees and was Vice-Chair in 2010 and 2011.
